Trapping fingers in hinged doors can cause horrendous injuries. The risk is especially high in locations where young children are present; ie, child care centres, schools, restaurants, fast-food outlets, etc.
The finger guard seals provide the shield. These seals can provide protection on both sides of the door by using the IS9050 or IS9055 on the hinge knuckle side and the IS9070 on the hinge cavity side (opening side) of the door.
